Xiaomi entered the Indian market on July 15, 2014, with Xiaomi Mi 3. The hype of smartphones has spiked since then in India and eventually in Nepal. Xiaomi, the budget smartphone that comes with all the necessary features, has impressed many smartphone users. Also, Xiaomi has stepped into the other gadgets industry too; they are constantly manufacturing other accessories like Mi TV, Mi fitness bands, Mi Air Purifier, etc.

The budget offering phone: Redmi 9A is the successor to the Redmi 8A. The screen of ratio 20:9 comes with a 6.53 inches IPS LCD panel with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. It comes with a polycarbonate body and a decent display brightness. Also, it has a color adjustment feature and a 1500:1 contrast ratio.

Redmi 9A is powered by MediaTek Helio G25 with Octa-core (4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4×1.5 GHz Cortex-A53) CPU and boosted by PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The ‘G’ in MediaTek Helio G25 stands for better and extra performance in gaming. The rear camera of 13 MP includes Phase detection autofocus, HDR, AI portrait mode, Face recognition; AI beautifies 5.0. The phone is built from a plastic frame, which makes the phone open to damage if dropped.

Redmi 9 (Prime) comes with an impressive design, and it’s unbelievable that it’s a mid-range budget phone. The phone weighs 198 grams and is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 on the front.
