Vivo Y51 2020 With 5000mAh Battery Is available in Nepal

The Chinese brand Vivo launched Vivo Y51 2020 on 3rd December 2020 under its popular Y series. Daraz exclusively started the phone’s pre-order in Nepal a few days back and has already launched it. The price of Vivo Y51 2020 in Nepal is NPR 33,499. Meanwhile, the mid-range phones have great competition in the smartphone market, and Vivo Y51 has some fantastic features. The smartphone is the flagship of the Y-series.

Vivo Y51 Overview

Vivo Y51 2020 has a massive battery of 5000mAh, an upgrade to the Y51 launched in September with a 4500mAh battery, and an impressive camera setup with 128GB internal storage. The two versions of Y51 could be confusing to many, and to be clear, we are writing about the latest December version of the phone while the other was launched in September 2020.

Design and Build Quality

The phone’s display is a 6.58inches IPS LCD with 1018 x 2408 pixels. A bezel-less display features a water-drop notch housing the 16MP selfie snapper. The phone weighs 188 grams.

The power button and the volume rocker of the phone are on the right side. Also, the fingerprint sensor is on the power button. The left side is neat and clean. Similarly, the top has a SIM card tray with three slots; two for SIM card and one for microSD card. Additionally, the noise cancellation and secondary speaker are also on the top. Likewise, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a mic, Type-C port, and a speaker are present at the bottom.

The back panel has a triple camera with a led flashlight on the top left corner. Furthermore, you can see the plastic body on the back. The phone comes with two color variants: Titanium Sapphire and Crystal Symphony.


Vivo Y51 Performance

Qualcomm snapdragon 665 powers the phone with octa-core (2GHz, Quad-core, Kryo 260 & 1.8GHz, Quad-core, Kryo 260). Adreno 610 is handling graphics processing. Vivo Y51 2020 has 8GB RAM and internal storage of 128GB, which is expandable through a microSD card up to 1TB.

Vivo Y51 features a triple camera on the rear: a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera. 

On the front, a 16MP selfie camera is present with a selfie soft light band

Video of up to 4K @ 30fps is recordable from the rear camera, whereas the front camera can record up to 1080p @ 30fps. The smartphone also supports an ultra-steady mode feature for video recording.

Powering the Vivo Y51 2020 is a Li-Po 5000 mAh battery (non-removable). The battery supports 18W fast charging and takes 67 minutes to get a 70% charge as per the phone’s advertisement.
