Poco M3, officially launched on 24th November 2020, has finally arrived in Nepal. Recently Xiaomi Nepal launched Poco F3 and Poco X3 Pro in Nepal. Poco M3 Overview

Poco M3 – a successor to the Poco M2, is similar to the Redmi 9 Power or Redmi 9T. Poco M3 has all the goodies in it with an affordable price tag. It has good looks, an excellent battery, a great camera setup, and a great screen.

Design and Build Quality

Poco has exclusively designed Poco M3. It has a textured back panel with a unique camera setup. The camera sits on a massive piece of black glass on the rear; the glass also flaunts Poco branding alongside.

Likewise, the brand has made the best use of plastic in its design. It has an excellent grip with a fingerprint-resistant texture. Similarly, the smartphone has three color options: Cool Blue, Poco Yellow, and Power Black.

The front panel is all screen with thin bezels around. Selfie lies in a water-drop notch. Likewise, the display of the smartphone is a 6.53-inches FHD+ Display. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone weighs 197 grams.

The RAM type is LPDDR4X, while the storage type is UFS 2.1/2.2. Likewise, it employs Adreno 610 to handle the graphics.

The smartphone boots MIUI based on Android 10 out of the box. It has a simple and fresh UI with an optimized launcher and responsive animation.

Camera

The smartphone flaunts a triple camera on the rear. It has a 48 MP primary camera accompanied by a macro camera and a depth camera of 2 MP. Further, the camera array also accompanies LED flash.

The main sensor has an aperture of f/1.8 lens, whereas the macro camera and depth camera have an aperture of f/2.4.

The selfie camera of the Poco M3 is an 8 MP sensor with an f/2.1 lens. It has a fixed focus.

The smartphone can capture videos up to 1080p at 30 frames per second from the main camera. 

Battery

Fueling the smartphone is a huge 6,000 mAh battery. It supports 18W fast charging. It can refill 25% of the charge in 30 minutes, while a full charge requires around 3 hours.

The battery charges through a USB Type-C port. It also supports reverse charging.
