Oppo F11 and F11 Pro are the mid-range smartphone option from Oppo in Nepal. These devices, which were launched back in 2019, got a price drop in the Nepali market.
Oppo has now dropped the price of F11 Pro in Nepal by Rs 9000 from its initial launch price of Rs. 47,990 and the price of F11 by Rs. 8000 from its initial price of Rs. 37,990. The new price of F11 in the Nepali market is Rs. 38,990 for 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.
OPPO F11 and F11 Pro Overview
Design and Display
The Oppo F11 and F12 have the same design on the device’s body. The body made from plastic has a gradient color with a glossy finish. On the back panel, the camera module and a fingerprint sensor are arranged vertically.
Upfront, the device takes a different approach. The F11 Pro features a motorized pop-up camera module, whereas the F11 features a waterdrop notch on the screen.
The F11, as well as the F11 Pro, offers a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with an FHD+ 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution in a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The screen in F11 Pro features a notch-less design with a screen to body ratio of 90.9%, thanks to its motorized pop-up camera module to house the selfie camera.
Performance and Memory
These devices are powered by an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 chipset and Mali-G72 MP3 GPU.
The phone comes in the configuration of 4 GB RAM with 128 GB of internal storage for the F11 and 6 GB RAM with 128 GB of internal storage for the F11 Pro and Avengers Edition.
Storage of these devices can be further extended using the hybrid microSD/Sim card slot in both devices. These devices run on ColorOS 6 based on Android 9, with new updates rolling for ColorOS 7 from the second quarter of 2020.
Camera
These devices have the same rear dual camera setup consisting of a 48 MP primary lens of f/1.8 aperture and a 5 MP depth sensor of f/2.4 aperture. The cameras are arranged vertically inside the camera module with LED flash.
Although both of these devices have the same 16 MP sensor of f/2.0 aperture for selfies, the device takes a different approach to house the selfie camera.
The F11 pro houses the selfie camera inside the motorized pop-up module, whereas the F11 houses the selfie camera in the waterdrop notch.
The rear primary camera combines the data from four adjacent pixels to create a single pixel for brighter and well-defined images and features AI Ultra-clear Engine, Ultra Night Mode, Dazzle Color Mode, etc., shooting modes.
Battery
Both the Oppo F11 and F11 Pro devices are backed up by a 4,000 mAh battery supporting 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology. Oppo claims the VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology to reach full charge 20 minutes faster than its previous version.
The battery can power these devices up to 12 hours of video watching and 5.5 hours of continuous gaming.
