Nubia Z30 Pro is Now Official with 120W Charging, 16GB RAM and Huge Camera

China’s renowned brand ZTE Nubia is most popular for its Red Magic series as powerful gaming smartphones. The company has recently launched Nubia Z30 Pro in China, as a rebranded version of its previous flagship phone ZTE Axon 30 Ultra. The two models share many resemblances in terms of design and specs but with some necessary upgrades on Nubia Z30 Pro.

Nubia Z30 Pro Overview

Nubia Z30 Pro has a huge rear camera setup with quad camera and a 10MP front camera. It carries a 4200mAh battery with an ultra-speed fast charging. It features a 6.67 inches display 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. Powerful processor and massive storage allows you to take advantage of every feature you expect from a flagship range smartphone.

Design and Display

The build quality is stunningly attractive with an almost bezel-free screen at the front and a sparkly metallic back. The front screen has a punch hole cut-out and the rear side has an extensive camera housing alongside Nubia branding. It has a 161.83 × 73.01 × 8.5 mm body dimension and weighs 198g. You can find the phone in three different color variations: Vast Black, Interstellar Silver, Black Gold Legend.

Nubia Z30 Pro sports a large 6.67 inches AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and 144Hz refresh rate. The screen-to-body ratio is 93.45% and the screen aspect ratio is 20:9. It has a 10-bit color depth that can display over 1 billion colors. The fingerprint sensor is in-display.

It is powered by the latest flagship chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and based on an Octa-core processor with 1×2.84 GHz Kryo 680 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 680 & 4×1.80 GHz Kryo 680. Adreno 660 handles the graphics processing. For extreme performance, the phone features a multidimensional cooling system layered with 5 micron graphite sheets, and a metal middle frame.

The memory configuration includes a 16GB RAM that can outperform all sorts of high end tasks on the device. In addition to it, you can freely use the substantial 512GB internal storage to store apps, videos and other medias as much as you want. It operates on Android 11 with Nubia UI 9.0 on top.

Camera

Nubia Z30 Pro undoubtedly has one of the best quad camera system comprising a 64MP mani camera having Laser Auto-focus and OIS, a 64MP 120° FOV ultra-wide sensor, a 64MP sensor with humanistic shot and an 8MP periscope lens with OIS, 5X optical zoom and 50X digital zoom. The front has a 10MP Dual Pixel PDAF, EIS selfie camera.

The phone has a pretty simple 4200mAh battery given to its other specs. However, it supports 120W Fast charging that the brand claims to charge the battery within 15 minutes. With such super speed charging, the battery can fill up within instant no matter how much it drains out throughout the day.

The connectivity line includes WiFi 802.11.b/g/n/ac/ax, 5G, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB Type-C. No headphone jack is provided for audio system.
