Poco launched Poco M2 Reloaded on 21st April 2021. It is the same as the two-year-old Poco M2, which is already available in Nepal. Similarly, Poco launched Poco M2 Reloaded in Nepal on 8th August 2021. Poco has set the price of Poco M2 Reloaded in Nepal as Rs. 17,999 for the sole model of 4/64 GB.
Poco M2 Reloaded Overview
Since Poco M2 Reloaded is the variant of Poco M2, the smartphone has many similarities; the only differences between the smartphone are the storage option and the pricing. However, both the smartphones are affordable and lie in the budget segment.
Design and Build Quality
Poco M2 Reloaded flaunts a 6.53 inches IPS LCD screen. It has a 395 PPI density and a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. Following this, the smartphone has a screen-to-body ratio of 83.2% and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The display has a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Similarly, it has narrow bezels on the side and wide bezels on the chin.
The smartphone has a quad camera on the rear panel; the three cameras sit on a long pill-shaped notch while the macro camera sits separately on the smaller notch with LED flash. Likewise, the front camera sits in a dew-drop notch at the top-center of the display.
Poco M2 Reloaded has a water-repellent coating on the rear panel, while it also has a P2i certificate against accidental splash. Similarly, the rear panel and the frame are plastic, while the front is glass. The smartphone weighs 198 grams and has a physical dimension of 163.3 x 77 x 9.1 mm.
It has a rear mounted fingerprint sensor, working fast and accurately. The smartphone is available in Graphite Black and Mostly Blue colors.
Performance
Poco M2 Reloaded draws its processing power from the Mediatek Helio G80 chipset. It has a fabrication process of 12 nm. The octa-core processor has 2x Cortex-A75 with a clocking speed of 2.0 GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 with a clocking speed of 1.8 GHz.
For the graphics handling of Poco M2 Reloaded, it has Mali-G52 MC2. Likewise, the smartphone’s storage is 4 GB RAM with 64 GB ROM; it is expandable via a microSDXC card.
Poco M2 Reloaded boots on Android 10 on top of MIUI 12 out of the box.
Camera
Poco M2 Reloaded sports a 13 MP primary camera with an aperture of f/2.2, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, a 5 MP macro camera, and a 2 MP depth camera. The ultra-wide camera of the smartphone has a 118-degree field of view and a lens of f/2.2. Likewise, the video from the rear camera is recordable in 1080p at 30 frames per second.
Poco M2 Reloaded has an 8 MP selfie camera with the lens of f/2.0. Similar to the rear camera, the front camera also records the video in 1080p at 30 fps.
Battery
Poco M2 Reloaded packs a Li-Po 5000 mAh battery. It supports fast charging of 18W. However, the box contains a 10W charger.
It charges via USB Type-C cable. According to Poco, a full charge lets the smartphone survive for more than a day.
