Vertu is the brand that manufactures luxurious smartphones using materials like genuine leather and expensive jewels. And this is the reason Vertu’s products never arrived in Nepal. But now, Oliz Store has officially made the smartphone from Virtu available in Nepal. Although Vertu is a UK-based brand, this time, the smartphone is made in China. The official price of Vertu iVertu 5G in Nepal is not disclosed yet.
Vertu iVertu 5G Overview
Vertu manufactures the smartphone using precious materials like gold and diamonds, making even the entry-level smartphone have a price tag of thousands of dollars. Vertu also claims the smartphones are handcrafted, and eventually, the price is extremely high.
Design and Build Quality
Vertu iVertu 5G sports a 6.67 inches AMOLED display. It has an FHD resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The display possesses a refresh rate of 120Hz and has a pixel density of 395 PPI. Likewise, the screen-to-body ratio of the smartphone is 87.2%, with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie.
Vertu iVertu 5G has a metal frame, while the back cover is leather. It is genuine European calf leather. Similarly, it has a “VERTU” logo available in gold and silver on the back. Meanwhile, the smartphone is also available in customized alligator leather.
An in-display fingerprint scanner is available for biometrics. It also supports Face unlock.
Performance
Powering the iVertu 5G is the Snapdragon 888 5G chipset. It is a flagship processor that has a 5 nm manufacturing process. The chipset is also powering other smartphones like Xiaomi Mi 11X Pro and Vivo X60t Pro+. Likewise, the memory configuration has 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and internal storage of 512 GB from USF 3.1.
It boots on Android 11 based on VertuOS out of the box.
Camera
Vertu iVertu 5G has a quad-camera setup at the rear panel, including a primary camera, an ultra-wide camera, a macro camera, and a depth camera. The primary camera and the ultra-wide camera have 64 MP sensors each. Similarly, the macro camera has a 5 MP sensor, and the depth camera comes with a 2 MP sensor.
For video calling and selfies, iVertu 5G features a 16 MP camera.
The camera functions include camera mode, professional mode, night scene mode, portrait mode, panoramic mode, monochrome color, star trail shooting, multi-channel shooting, macro shooting, and document correction.
The video has features like HDR shooting, movie shoot, slow motion, and time-lapse shooting.
Battery
A 4,200 mAh battery fuels the smartphone. It supports 55W fast charging.

Oliz Store has listed the smartphone on its official website, which confirms the availability of Vertu iVertu 5G in Nepal. However, the price of Vertu iVertu 5G in Nepal is not disclosed yet. Vertu iVertu 5G price in China is CNY 42,800, which is around NPR 7,87,168.
