Motorola Moto E7 Plus Overview
Moto E7 Plus packs a 48MP dual-camera system, a two-day-long battery life, a Snapdragon processor, and a big ultrawide screen for a better viewing experience.
Design and Display
Moto E7 Plus has a plastic body with a gradient color design and a water repellent coating to protect against spills and splashes. The rear panel features a dual-camera system placed inside a square camera module along with an LED flash. Below the camera module is the Motorola logo that also works as the fingerprint reader.
In the front, Moto E7 Plus incorporates a 6.5-inch Max Vision HD+ display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. The ultrawide screen is based on IPS TFT LCD technology and has a waterdrop style notch on the top housing a selfie camera. The display features a 20:9 aspect ratio with a large screen-to-body ratio for maximum viewing experience.
Performance and Internals
Under the hood, the device integrates Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC with a 1.8 GHz Octa-core Kryo 260 CPU and 600 MHz Adreno 610 GPU. Software-side, the device boots on a near-stock version of Android 10 out of the box, meaning you get a clean Android experience.
The phone is available in a single memory configuration – 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in internal storage. The storage is expandable up to 512 GB using the optional microSD card slot.
Camera
The Moto E7 Plus boasts a dual rear camera setup comprising a 48MP f/1.7 primary sensor with Quad Pixel Technology and a 2MP f/2.4 depth field sensor for portrait shots. Some features you get are Night Vision Mode, Auto Smile Capture, Smart Composition, Spot Colour Mode, Bokeh Effect, etc.
Upfront, the waterdrop notch houses an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture size. Besides, Video Recording maxes out at 1080p@30fps from both front and rear cameras. You can capture FHD videos at 30fps from the rear camera and FHD videos at 30/60fps from the front camera. Also, Motorola has included video software like Slow motion video, Timelapse video, and Hyperlapse video.
Battery
Moto E7 Plus equips a massive 5000 mAh battery that gives two days of battery life. To juice up the battery power, you get a 10W charging support using the micro-USB port (USB 2.0). The phone also has a dedicated Google Assistant key on the side.
