Infinix announced two phones under the Infinix Note 8 series – Infinix Note 8 and Infinix Note 8i. The latter is a cheaper option with features quite similar to the higher-end Infinix Note 8. Design and Display
Infinix Note 8i comes in a glossy design with a Gem-Cut pattern. The refined diamond-shaped back design is trendy and professional and gives you a more comfortable grip. The rear panel has a quad-camera setup packed inside the rectangular camera module along with sensors, LED flash, and labels. Also, The Infinix branding is placed at the bottom left.
In the front, Infinix Note 8i features a 6.78-inch HD Infinity-O TFT IPS LCD panel with a 720 x 1640 pixels screen resolution. The screen has a 20.5:9 aspect ratio with a tiny punch hole cut-out at the top left of the screen housing a front camera, peak brightness up to 480 nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top.

On the software front, the device operates on Android 10 based XOS 7.0 UI.
