Samsung Galaxy A71 Launced In Nepal With 64 MP, 4500 mAh Battery

The smartphone giant Samsung has finally launched its semi-flagship A71 along with its smaller sibling A51 in Nepal. Samsung A71 is an upgrade to the A70s with some hardware changes on it, same as A51 over A50 The phones have a design of Infinity O display with the centrally placed front camera and Quad camera at the backside. Design and Display

Upgrade to its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy A71 is very eye-pleasing to the users. The phone has a notch-less front camera arrangement while the back includes the L-shaped camera arrangement which looks very neat and clean. The very new and interesting design of this phone is, due to its diamond-cut patterns on the back; the back reflects totally different based on how you look at it. The dimension of the Galaxy A71 is 163.6 x 76 x 7.7 mm with a weight of 179gm. Built on a plastic back and a plastic frame, I hope Samsung provides the glass back like the One Plus Nord in the coming future in this price range. 

 However, the display used in A71 is quite praisable. It has a tall 6.7-inch ‘Infinity-O’ Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen resolution of the phone is 1080 x 2400 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Performance and Memory

Compared to its previous generation A70 series having the chipset Snapdragon 675, Samsung has finally taken a step ahead including Snapdragon 730 on the Galaxy A71. But on a similar price range, the Realme X2 has included a better chipset Snapdragon 730G which has made Samsung rethink their upgrade policies. 

Other than that, the phone runs quite smoothly on Android 10, One UI 2.5. The phone comes with two variants on Memory; 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage or 8GB RAM with 128GB of storage. It also has an extra slot for the card, which can be expanded using a micro SD card. 

Camera

Samsung Galaxy A71  has a quad rear camera setup which is an upgrade over the triple camera of A70s. Here, the camera is set up in a rectangular housing with an L shaped arrangement on the back. The phone holds a huge 64MP,f/1.8, 26 mm of the primary wide lens which lets you take an amazing photo. Also, it has a 12MP ultra-wide lens,f/2.2, and a 5MP of the depth sensor, f/2.2.  Additionally, there’s a 5MP macro shooter, that lets you take amazing professional-style blur effects and better-augmented reality rendering. The camera also features LED flash and supports HDR. With the use of gyro-based EIS technology, the video can be shoot without any shakiness and gives more stability. EIS improves shaky video by maintaining a consistent framing between multiple video frames. The Galaxy A71 lets you take a video of 4K at 30 fps, 1080p at 30/240fps as well as 1080p at 960 fps.

Coming to the front, there’s a 32MP,f/2.2 wide-angle camera. For selfie enthusiasts, the phone can come in handy. Also, no other vloggers can also use the front camera, which records the video on 4K at 30fps as well as 1080p at 30fps. The front camera also features HDR which lets you see more details in your shots by widening the exposure range.

The phone A71 is packed with a 4500mAh non-removable battery same as in Galaxy Note 10. The battery capacity has also increased the weight of the phone despite its slim design and build. Samsung assures its users that A71’s battery will not be disappointing in its day to day activities. Also, you get 25W of fast charging that fills up your phone up to 33% within 30 minutes.
