JBL Go 3 Overview
JBL GO 3, as the name implies: the Bluetooth speaker is portable and has an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating. The speaker can deliver outstanding sound for continuous five hours running with a Bluetooth v5.1 connection. However, Go 3 lacks speakerphone functionality and has weak battery life.
Design and Build Quality
The JBL GO 3 is an excellent rectangular shape with a rounded edge and a very tight fabric finish. A hook is added on the left, making it easier to dangle on your finger or hang on some other nails. Also, the charging port lies on the left. Similarly, it has rubber feet on the bottom, which keeps the speaker stable when you set it down.

Performance
It runs Bluetooth 5.1, giving an excellent stable connection. It has IP67 water and dust resistance providing reliable protection against the three feet deep water. So, you can take the speaker in rain or dust and don’t have to worry even if you accidentally drop it in water.
The intended use will be very casual with a handful of people around a park or a small get-together with its size. The speaker is more than capable for occasions like this as the sound comes nice and clean without noticeable distortion, even at maximum volume. A fantastic sound like a live performance is enjoyable through it.

If you want to get it for an extravagant party, you should try a slightly larger speaker.

The Li-ion polymer 750mAh battery of the speaker lasts for up to 5 hours; however, it also depends on your volume level choice. It has a USB Type-C port for charging. A con for the speaker is, you have no way to communicate about the remaining battery life. Moreover, it takes about two and a half hours of charging time.
