Vivo V20 SE Overview
Design and Display
Unlike Vivo V20 and Vivo V20 Pro, V20 SE is a bit different design-wise. Comparatively, Vivo V20 Pro comes with a glass design, whereas Vivo V20 SE comes with a plastic back and plastic frame made up of polycarbonate. That makes it a bit inferior to V20 pro. The phone has a triple camera setup inside a rectangular model, unlike the charming design seen in Vivo V20. We get two color options on the phone, Gravity Black and Oxygen Blue.
One of the most interesting features of the phone is that it comes with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a notch on its top containing the front camera. It has a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, the same as in the V20 model. The device has a 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio and 90.12% of screen-to-body ratio. The Vivo V20 SE weighs around 171g, which is very comfortable to the hand.
Performance and Memory
The phone runs on Android 10, Funtouch 11, unlike its predecessor V20 which runs on Android 11. It features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset under its hood, an 11nm chipset. It has an Octa-core (4×2.0 GHz Kryo 260 Gold & 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 260 Silver) processor that makes its performance very suitable for normal usage.
8GB RAM backs up the phone with 128 GB of storage. It is available in only one configuration variant, making it a unique piece to the consumers.
Camera
Like Vivo V20, the phone V20 SE has a triple camera setup, led by a 48MP primary camera, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera. It also has a 2MP depth sensor camera that allows the users to take a professional-style blur effect and better-augmented reality rendering. These three sensors are arranged in a vertical order inside a rectangular module.
The waterdrop notch at the top center of the display lets you take a selfie with a 32MP of camera. The phone also supports advanced features likes Super Night Selfie and Softlight band to improve selfies taken in the dark.
Battery
Vivo V20 SE features a decent battery of 4100 mAh along with 33W fast charging same as the Vivo V19’s Flash charge 2.0. Vivo company claims that the device can get charged up to 62% within 30 minutes of charging. The eight levels of protection to the battery also helps to extend its battery life and it lasts for a day to its normal usage.
